Willie Lucas is the founder of Reign Landscape; he graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S in Landscape Architecture.  He obtained an MBA at American Intercontinental University.  He has 11 years experience in the landscape architecture and construction field.  He has applied background knowledge and expertise to reach the creative desires of clients and maintain contractual integrity.
